Make your choice by placing your favourite products in the shopping cart.
3. Buy
Log in or register and enter your details to complete your order.
We have opted for secure and fast payment via PayPal. Finish your order by viewing your shopping cart and going through the checkout. On the PayPal landing page, the transaction is concluded.

We can only refund correctly returned products, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund.
Calculation of shipping costs
The cost of shipping (packaging and transport) is borne by the Customer and will be calculated according to the weight and destination of the goods: in any case, the costs will be displayed automatically when the order is confirmed, and it will be up to the Customer to confirm or cancel the order.
All prices shown in our online catalogue include VAT.
Delivery terms
The products in Bovo's online catalogue will be shipped by express courier or parcel post. Shipping costs are charged directly in the online order form and include VAT according to current rates.
Orders for products in stock shall be processed within one working day from the conclusion of the contract (verification of payment); the customer shall receive the goods in 3-8 working days from order processing.
For goods temporarily unavailable at the time of the order, we will inform the customer of the actual delivery time, and the customer can decide whether to wait or cancel the order sent.
Bovo srl is not responsible for possible delivery delays caused by the courier or by errors in the shipping addresses indicated by the customer. Delivery times are indicative.
Any order may be cancelled by the customer by e-mail info@bovogelati.com to our company.
The cancellation will only be accepted if the goods have not yet been taken over by the carrier. Otherwise, the customer may subsequently avail himself of the right of cancellation as stated in the general terms and conditions of sale.
